Parking for 2 cars, located near the Venture pool & clubhouse. Pack your bathing suit and beach chairs and come enjoy the island life!

Venture Three is located on the beautiful Hutchinson Island, across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by the Indian River. Venture has a beautiful private beach access area. Many activities are offered such as tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard, volleyball & pickle ball just to name a few. A large heated swimming pool to enjoy all year round, an onsite marina with a boat launch ramp and a charming clubhouse that hosts pot luck dinners, dances and several social events!
