Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private vacation condo is the best option for a quiet and perfect home-away-from-home stay.
Easy access to the incredible shopping and dining found in Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers.
- If your arrival is on a weekend you will be unable to access the resort clubhouse amenities until the HOA is open again on Monday between 1-4 pm to obtain your membership card and access information at the clubhouse.

* 27-night minimum stay is required per HOA
* 24/7 Guard-gated community
* Lead guest must be age 25 or older. ID is checked upon registration at the resort.
* Guests will receive the membership transfer form via email before arrival
* Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with an additional cost for the membership card paid upon arrival to the HOA.
* Golf membership transfer is NOT INCLUDED in this property. There is a pay-to-play basis that can be arranged directly at the clubhouse.
* Clubhouse membership transfer cost is covered by the owner.
* Membership covers two adults at the same household address only. Children under 21 with the same address are included.
* Guests not in the same household may accompany members when using the clubhouse.

NOTICE: The HOA office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Amenity cards can be picked up Monday through Friday from 1 pm - 4 pm.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
We will collect a $1,500 deposit at the time of booking.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
