  • Policies regarding minimum stays?

  • Are all amenities available to rental guests?

    Yes, the pools, beaches with private access and rec halls are all available to our guests! You will be given ID tags so that you can partake in all we have to offer.

  • Are the rental homes fully equipped?

    Each home will be equipped with the items needed to enjoy your stay - dishes and cutlery, glasses and cups, pots & pans, towels and linens, etc. Most homes do not provide a barbecue grill or beach chairs. All homes have central air conditioning/heat and washers/dryers. Dishwashers are uncommon.

  • Is cable TV available?

    Basic cable is available in all the homes and on RV lots. Changes or upgrades to services are not allowed and strictly prohibited. All properties are individually owned and only the property owners are allowed to add or change services.

  • Is wireless internet available?

    Most homes and vacant RV lots have WIFI available Wireless internet is also available at the rec halls. On Nettles Island, free wireless internet is also available at The Village Grocer. We recommend contacting your cell or wireless provider to have your device set up as a "hot spot" if you wish to be able to access the internet at your particular rental property. Wireless internet or internet can NOT be added as an additional service to the property you have reserved. This is strictly prohibited. All properties are individually owned and only the property owners are allowed to add or change services.

  • Is there a laundry facility?

    The closest public laundry facility is on the mainland in Jensen Beach, approximately three miles away.

  • Are golf carts provided?

    No, but we would be happy to provide you with contact information of the local companies that rent, deliver and pick up golf carts.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Homes: Only some homes are pet friendly. For those that are, a $250 non-refundable pet fee is required. RV LOTS: Pets are allowed on all RV lots with no additional fee required. Also, we require proof of current rabies certificate upon arrival. Certain breeds are restricted and each community has a limit to the number of pets allowed.   • Can I cancel my reservation?

    You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to arrival. There is a $100 Cancelation Fee. At 60 days prior to arrival full payment is due on your reservation and there are no refunds available after paid in full. Travel Insurance is available though Rental Guardian, a third party provider. Details can be obtained here
